Delete your Edunex Nepal account

In the Edunex Nepal app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Scroll to Delete account, enter your password if asked, and tap Delete Account.

On the website

  1. Sign in and open Account Settings.
  2. Open the Security tab.
  3. Enter your password if asked and click Delete Account.

What is deleted

Your account is deleted straight away: your profile, sign-in details, course enrolments, chapter progress, test answers and results, and paper test submissions. This cannot be undone.

Payment records are kept without your name or account attached, as required for our accounts.

Can't sign in?

Contact us from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.
